This deposit is to hold a date in our calendar to teach your staff life saving skills. The deposit will be subtracted from the total class fee. However, in the event that you decide not to use Star CPR your one hundred dollars ($150.00 ) deposit will be retained.
Cancellations and Refunds: Any refunds will result in a $20 (twenty-dollar) fee. Refunds will be given if notification is received at least three (3) working days prior to class. If you do not show up or are too late for a class you will need to pay a reschedule fee of $20.00 For makeups you have 2 months to re-take another course at no extra cost. Please give us notice if you plan on re-scheduling so that we can reserve you a seat.
